1. Price depends on quantity and minimum buys from powder supplier. 2. Usually requires a two-coat process. 3. Requires more than one coat, i.e. adding a epoxy primer on textured or base coat on transparent colors like candy apple, or a clear gloss on many metallics) 4. Same day service extra charge.

Preparation for Powder Coating

Please inspect all your parts prior to preparation. Our ovens can get really hot, aproximately 400°. Follow these recommendations for better results:

• All parts must be free of grease and other materials that may contaminate sandblasting.
• All parts must be unassembled. We do not disassemble and assemble. Additional charges will occur if disassemble is necesssary.
• Plastic parts and Fittings must be removed. We assume no responsibility for fittings, grommets, bushings left on parts, etc.
• Areas that should not be blasted or coated must be identified in advance with salesperson and noted on invoice. We will do some masking, but can not be held responsible for final product.
